Departing Cadet Program Senior Members
It is with some angst that our squadron loses two of our most faithful Cadet Program senior members, 2d Lt Kathryn Brickle and Capt Jared Mohler.
Lt Brickle joined the Anderson Composite Squadron in 2013 as a cadet and progressed through the Cadet Program to Cadet Chief Master Sergeant before moving to the senior member program. Lt Brickle served in a number of positions as both a cadet and senior, most recently serving as the Deputy Commander of Cadets.
Lt Brickle was raised in Anderson, SC and attended university at Southern Wesleyan University, graduating this past spring.
Lt Brickle will be leaving the squadron to pursue a career as an officer in the US Army.
Capt Mohler transferred to the squadron from Ohio Wing in 2013. After joining CAP in 2006, Capt Mohler progressed through the Cadet Program to Cadet Colonel before becoming a senior member. Capt Mohler also served in numerous positions in the squadron as both a cadet and senior, most recently as the Assistant Deputy Commander of Cadets, but also as the Cadet Commander and Deputy Commander of Cadets.
Capt Mohler will be graduating from Clemson University in December 2017. Capt Mohler will be leaving the squadron to pursue a career at the US Department of State in Washington, D.C.
Thank you, Lt Brickle and Capt Mohler, for your service to the squadron over the past few years. You will be sorely missed but all the members of the Anderson Composite Squadron wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
